What do you use to make your nails?

I use a layer of builder gel for semi thickness and flexibility. I use at least 4 top coats of gel after color has been applied as well.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of how our products are made, we do NOT accept any returns.

How long do the nails last?

If applied with glue, the nails can last 1-2 weeks, possibly 3. For the longest wear, we recommend buffing your nail beds before application, and using the 2 dot rule with glue. Add glue on your natural nail bed and also on the press on nail and apply to each nail. Press on nails are not for those who are extremely rough with their hands. 

Can I request a shorter length and different shape?

All shapes and lengths that are available in the nail set you are ordering, will be available in the drop down when ordering your sets. There should be no notes in the note section at check out in regards to the shape you want.

How many nails do you get in a set?

Each set of nails comes with 10 total. This is why it is important to make sure you measure your nails beforehand or order a sizing kit before ordering a set.

What do the nails come with?

Each ORDER comes with 1 glue, a cuticle pusher, and nail file, and mini buffer for your nails. You can purchase extra glues on our site as well.

How do I measure my nails?

Please refer to our sizing chart and measurement instructions on our home page. If you are still unsure about your size, I HIGHLY recommend ordering a Sizing Kit first, as our nails are NONREFUNDABLE and NONEXCHANGEABLE, due to the nature of how they are made.

Are all shapes and lengths the same measurement?

NO. You will need different sizes for some different shapes and lengths.

All XL length nails have a width larger than normal. Please make sure to get sizing kits for each shape and every other nail set length and shapes.

As of July 31st, 2020, LONG BALLERINA AND MEDIUM BALLERINA have been name changed to Long Coffin and Short Coffin. Long Coffin and TAPERED Coffin are VERY different. Please make sure you are getting sizing kits.

Are the nails reusable?

Yes, the nails they are reusable. You will need a nail drill to make them reusable, as the only way they can properly be reused is if you drill the previous nail glue off the nails. Jelly/sheer sets may not be reusable due to the nature of the look.

 What nail glue do you recommend?

KDS Professional nail glue or Makartt Professional Nail Glue

Can I exchange my nails if I get the wrong size?

No. Orders are final and cannot be refunded nor exchanged. This is why it is important to order a sizing kit, if you are unsure about your nail sizes.

Can I cancel my order?

I have a 24 hour cancellation request policy. If you request a cancellation for an order placed after 24 hours, you cannot cancel the order. All orders are FINAL, and cannot be cancelled or refunded after 24 hours.

I ordered the wrong size. What do I do?

Unfortunately all sets are nonreturnable, nonexchangeable, and non refundable. This is why it is VERY important to know your nail sizes before ordering sets. It is extremely important to order a sizing kit before hand, if you are not sure about your sizing.

There is something wrong with my order. What do I do?

If there is something wrong with your order, such as a damaged nail, or wrong sizing, wrong sets sent, you need to email info@thenaillab.shop within 72 hours of receiving your order. You must provide photo proof. Please allow 24 hours to receive a response. Orders that have mistakes must be sent back UNWORN and UNDAMAGED to receive a replacement from PinkBunny Nailz.
