IMPORTANT:
-Excessive quantities are prohibited. Orders that exceed 1 sizing kit for each shape/length will be canceled and refunded automatically.
-Sizing kits are limited to ONE kit per shape/length.
Make sure you know your nail sizing/ order a sizing kit before ordering a hand made nail set. ALL sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges on our producst.now your size before ordering.

The Nail Lab does not offer any returns, refunds, or exchanges due to the nature of how our products are created and crafted. All sales are final. Please make sure you are reading our FAQ page as well as our Store Policies before placing your orders.
*If you have ANY hand made nail sets in your order along with other products, the only shipping option you can choose is MTO 1-3 business weeks OR Rush Shipping. If you choose any other shipping option, we will automically change it on our end and send you an email confirmation.
