Due to the nature of how our products are made and sanitary/health reasons, our nails are not eligible for refunds or exchanges under any circumstances.
If a product is defective in any way, you must notify us WITHIN 72 HOURS of receiving your nails to be eligible for refund/exchange and paid return shipping by PINKBUNNY Nailz. Nails may not be worn or altered in any way to qualify for a refund/exchange. You must send photos of the items within this time frame. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Sale items, which includes items sold with a promotional code or marked down in price, are final sale. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Shipping Policy:
Our process and shipping time is 1-2 business weeks. We do experience delays with orders due to our high volume and customers are notified if there are any delays. We do have a RUSH MY ORDER option at checkout that is only available during certain times. We work in the order that an order is received.
